Description
This abstract artwork is distinguished by its sinuous geometric shapes and bold colours. Intertwined rectangles and circles create a complex mosaic on a white background, cleverly playing with shades of black, grey and ochre. The contrast between the deep tones and bright accents accentuates the dynamic visual effect. Textures reminiscent of worn surfaces add an extra dimension, giving the work a mysterious and timeless character. Each shape seems to fit together harmoniously, forming a coherent and captivating whole. This composition evokes both modern architecture and traditional craftsmanship, inviting the viewer to explore the intricacies of each detail. The work embodies a successful fusion of elegance and complexity, asserting an imposing and intriguing presence.
Presentation
Born in Albi in 1965, she spent much of her life exploring various artistic practices with a specialization in sculpture and engraving.
His career was marked by a turning point in 2016 after a serious health problem which pushed him to devote himself entirely to his Art.
His works reflect a dialogue between contrasting materials, such as paper and iron, and address themes such as the passage of time, memory and human relationships.
His project "only stories" is emblematic of this approach, evoking intimate and universal stories through abstract and figurative forms.
