Description
This captivating work is distinguished by its bold use of geometric shapes and monochromatic contrasts. The artist skillfully composes a set of abstract figures, where circles and rectangles intertwine harmoniously. Each shape seems to float on the canvas, creating a delicate balance between movement and stability. The textured aspect of the background adds additional depth, accentuating the intensity of the artistic expression. The shades of gray and black offer a sense of mystery and contemplation, inciting the viewer to silent introspection. The precision of the lines and the juxtaposition of shapes question the perception of space and volume, while evoking a timeless modernity. This unique piece challenges with its mastered abstraction and bold exploration of elementary forms, transforming a simple geometric arrangement into a powerful and intriguing work of art.
Presentation
Born in Albi in 1965, she spent much of her life exploring various artistic practices with a specialization in sculpture and engraving.
His career was marked by a turning point in 2016 after a serious health problem which pushed him to devote himself entirely to his Art.
His works reflect a dialogue between contrasting materials, such as paper and iron, and address themes such as the passage of time, memory and human relationships.
His project "only stories" is emblematic of this approach, evoking intimate and universal stories through abstract and figurative forms.
