Excerpt from a series of 50 paintings, each produced in situ during the day at the Palais Garnier in Paris, with the kind permission of Hugues Gall, Director of the Paris Opera at the time.

Each painting has a cross-section or a pasted plan materializing the location from which it was painted with handwritten details from the artist.
