Description
Klish 9
"Space Clouds" by Andriy Klishyn is a delicate and ethereal painting that merges the human form with the vast, dreamlike expanses of space and nature. The soft pastel hues of blue, green, and golden yellow create an atmosphere of tranquility, while the faceless, fluid figure suggests a sense of anonymity, universality, and deep introspection. The composition gives the impression that the figure is either dissolving into the cosmic surroundings or emerging from them, reinforcing themes of connection between human existence and the infinite universe. The abstract floral or cloud-like forms in the background evoke a sense of mystery and transcendence, as if the viewer is witnessing a moment where time, space, and identity blur into one.Through this work, Klishyn likely expresses the idea of inner peace, self-reflection, and the vastness of human consciousness. The faceless figure represents the universal human experience—a soul floating in an endless space of thoughts, emotions, and dreams. The painting invites the viewer to contemplate their own place in the universe and embrace the beauty of the unknown.

The artist about himself:
“As a professional artist, I started my career late, at 61 years old. But it is possible that this was what should have happened. Everything has its time. Rich life experiences have become the source of my creativity. My art is ambiguous and unlike any other, probably because “I paint with my heart." Sometimes I use an intuitive drawing, namely: not from life or from a photograph, but only what suits the subconscious, soul, heart.
Most importantly and completely unexpectedly for me, after a series of works I began to understand where my images come from... I think that I or my essence saw them in our past or future life.
Despite my little experience, I already have more than two hundred paintings, about forty of them have found “their home" in private collections and museums."
The paintings are in the Lutsk Art Museum, in the Korsakov Family Museum of Contemporary Art.
