Description

Work created by SIT for the exhibition Les Bleus de St-Laz (April 24 to 27, 2025, Espace Thorigny, 75003 Paris).

This work is a faithful and unique reproduction of a graffiti made on this mythical model of Saint Lazare (the photo of the original graffiti is delivered with the work and the associated text). The resin plates, entirely handmade in an artisanal way, represent an exact reproduction at scale 1 of the original SNCF Z6400 model from a casting of the original train. Each plate has a height of approximately 118cm and a width of approximately 58cm, is made with acrylic resin applied in 3 fibered layers for optimal resistance.
