Ayoka Zahir is a contemporary painter, born in 1982 in Laon. He developed a early passion for art, spending many hours drawing from a young age.
His emergence as an artist is relatively a second life for him. Indeed, after obtaining his high school diploma, he embraced a long career in the banking sector, holding positions of responsibility as a finance professional.
His passion for art resurfaced during the Covid pandemic in 2020.

He resumed drawing, and then his loved ones (especially his colleagues) encouraged him to paint and graffiti. Almost like a revelation, this experience gave him the opportunity to explore his talent and perfect his skills. Due to his natural curiosity, he began to develop different identities, which translate into an eclectic artistic universe.

Each personality could be a different signature. Before starting to exhibit his work, Ayoka Zahir had already sold about fifty of his works. An absolute fan of the Star Wars, the artist remained anonymous to his collectors for a long time. Indeed, Ayoka Zahir made the deliveries of his works with a Darth Vader mask.
Ayoka Zahir's work is characterized by its diversity and his audacious self-taught mastery of color, texture, shape, and materials.

A finance professional by day, Ayoka Zahir paints under this name from Abidjan. His work explores African culture with his masks and portraits through a painting that is not content with a unique signature in bright colors. His paintings have been exhibited in Abidjan, notably at the Villa Tahiba, the Villa Colomb, the restaurants Chez Lulu, as well as in Paris.
