Description
This artwork is an explosion of vibrant and dynamic colors, immediately capturing the attention with its effervescent energy. The composition is marked by bold brushstrokes and abstract shapes that intertwine in a swirl of red, yellow, blue, and green hues. Interlocking black strokes add drama and direct the eye across the canvas. The word "STARCK" stands out clearly, printed in black, adding an intriguing textual dimension to the overall effect. The sometimes thick layers of paint impart a rich and tangible texture, accentuating the painting's visual depth. This work embodies a perfect fusion of chaos and harmony, encouraging the viewer to explore the complexity and spontaneity of the creative process in an immersive and thoughtful way.
Large-scale abstract artwork sold on loose canvas, without a support to preserve its composition. Vigorously worked in multiple layers. High-quality professional paint with UV protection and a velvety finish. Hand-signed.
Presentation
Emily STARCK is a French artist evolving in abstract expressionism guided by her deep emotions. Hypersensitive, she often needs to isolate herself from the world and noise, she recharges in nature, it is there that she mainly draws her inspiration. She likes to work with mixed techniques and is often recognized for her quality as a colorist.
She prefers to express herself on large formats, allowing for a fluid and uncluttered gesture. She paints directly on the canvas, on the wall or on the floor when the format is too large. Then, she creates a custom frame for the finished work. She likes to compare the abstract to a musical improvisation; there is nothing to guess, see, or recognize, just emotions to feel, which will echo each person's experience.
His works are exhibited in museums in Russia in particular, following his Plein Air residency at the Oldenburg Palace in 2017, and also in Greece.
