Description
This watercolor depicts a seascape that is both subtle and powerful. Arthur Van Hecke is a French painter and lithographer of the Group of Roubaix. Painter of portraits, seascapes, flowers, he was born in Roubaix on March 20, 1924 and died in Hondschoote on January 25, 2003.
