Giorgio Toccacelli nato a Castelfidardo-Italia 1954 Ha un passoto come vignettista per giornali, ha partecipazione al Museo internazionale della caricatura di Tolentino, alla Biennale dell'Umorismo, la sua arte si è diffusa tramite mostre a lui Dedicate come "tuffo nel colore" o "Nascosto nella tela" quest'ultima prende il nome dalla sua nota firma, quella disegnarsi all'interno dei suoi quadri.La sua giocosa ispirazione, che strappa sorrisi, trasuda dolcezza e fa riflettere. Le sue caricature ei suoi dipinti sono infatti capaci di “immortalare" nella medesima azione i sentimenti, le virtù ei vizi di una intera comunità, contestualizzandoli e proponendo uno spaccato sarcastico, ma sempre delicato, della società stessa. L'arte di Giorgio Toccaceli è in costante mutamento e si muove con estro fra variegate linee grafiche, adeguandosi ai tempi senza rincorrerli.
