Description

The Eternal Values Project

The project “Eternal Values" is an interdisciplinary artistic research that combines plastic practices - painting, drawing and object art - with methods and ideas borrowed from neuroaesthetics, quantum theory and linguistic-wave genetics and object art - with methods and ideas borrowed from neuroaesthetics, quantum theory and linguistic-wave genetics. The artist, who has a medical background, suggests that art should be seen as a form of influence - not only on the viewer's on the viewer's emotional perception, but also on the viewer's psychophysiological and, in a broader sense, informational-genetic structures. The central concept of the project is the word as a carrier of idea and energy form.
According to the theories of linguistic-wave genetics, a word has qualities similar to the function of a gene: it is capable of transmitting information, triggering formation processes, and even influencing the physiological parameters of the human body.
The word, according to the artist, is not just an element of communication, but a demiurgic act, a primary point from which matter unfolds. Just as an idea takes shape through the word and then in material embodiment, so the works in the project take shape as a visualization of the sustained meanings that lie at the core of human existence.
Artistic images become “carriers" of cultural codes, aimed at awakening the viewer's original - archetypal and genetically embedded - notions of goodness, love, truth, and belonging. and genetically embedded concepts of goodness, love, truth, and belonging.
The color solution of the project has a symbolic and functional character. Blue color refers to water as a symbol of life, purification, fertility and spiritual development. As long as there is water, there is a human being. As long as there is a man - it is necessary to remember about eternal values. In addition, blue shades activate the frontal lobes of the brain, which are
responsible for complex intellectual processes - speech, planning, creativity and imagination.
Thus, color in this project is not only a metaphor but also a tool: it enhances the depth of perception and attunes the viewer to inner concentration and contemplation. The materials used - brass, clay, acrylic, paper - bear traces of both archaic plasticity, and modern forms of representation.
They complement the visual structure of the works with texture and material memory, emphasizing the relationship between word, body and form. In this project, the artistic act becomes a performative action.
This diptych functions as the artist's performative gesture. On one level, it confronts the viewer with essential yet often neglected values; on another, it provokes introspection - a reckoning with one's own principles. The work serves as a reminder: everything resides within the self. What defines us is not absence, but what we choose to embody.

Anastasia Ovsyannikova, Eternal Values 5.0

Presentation

Anastasia Ovsyannikova is an artist and physician working at the intersection of traditional and digital media, including painting, graphics, and objects. The foundation of her artistic practice is a neurophenomenological approach, incorporating the principles of neurophysiology, neuroaesthetics, and quantum interactions.

She views the interaction between the artistic visual image and consciousness as a fluid, mutable process that arises at the intersection of bodily experience, memory, and the subjective interpretation of reality. This direction seeks to return to the viewer an awareness of their own nature as a creator, reminding them of the profound connection between art and personal transformation.

Possessing encyclopedic knowledge in the fields of medicine, psychology, and metaphysics, and Academic of International Academy IAMAQ-Italy, Ovsyannikova has developed her own artistic language, termed "missionary sign graphics."

She began her exhibition activity in 2022, participating in international exhibitions in Switzerland, Luxembourg, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, China, the USA, and also in Russia, where she repeatedly won prizes. That same year, she held a solo exhibition at the New Tretyakov Gallery and participated in and won the Russian Art Prize and the Golden Time Talent international competition.

From 2023 to 2025, her works were featured at platforms such as Volta Basel, Aqua Art Miami, Art Wynwood Miami, Art Russia, Artexpo New York, World Art Dubai, Art Ankara, Art of Monaco, as well as in NFT projects in Moscow and at the Urban Culture Fest.

In 2025, Anastasia received the Art Innovation Award in Los Angeles.

Her works and ideas are regularly published in Russian and international professional publications, solidifying her status as one of the prominent representatives of contemporary metamodernist thought.
