Description
This captivating artwork presents a solitary, leafless tree starkly silhouetted against a weathered, pastel-toned wall. The composition contrasts the tree's intricate network of bare branches with the smooth, muted textures of the backdrop. Graffiti sprawls across the lower portion of the image, injecting a raw, urban energy that juxtaposes the natural element with human expression. The overall effect is dreamlike, almost ethereal, and the blending of photographic realism with painterly textures creates a liminal atmosphere - a space where nature and urban decay co-exist in fragile balance. The tree becomes both a witness and survivor, rooted amid the transient marks of civilization. This work is part of the artist's 'Urban Edge' series where images of serene landscapes meld with an edgy, cultural world.
