Description

This abstract artwork creates a striking visual impact with just three main horizontal bands. The reference to vegetation in the center of the painting is reinforced by an almost descriptive approach and the use of textural effects. This section of the canvas was worked with a palette knife and then covered with light layers of paint to achieve transparency and an inimitable texture. This work is distinguished by its ability to fuse intensity and serenity, evoking both dynamism and contemplation. It demonstrates a remarkable mastery of color and texture, offering an immersive and introspective visual experience.

Presentation

A professional artist since 1995, Eric Winzenried lives in western France. Passionate about landscapes, both real and imagined, he has made them the heart of his work. His exploration of color and synthesis has naturally led him to contemporary landscape painting, while maintaining a high standard of quality in his creations. His series are resolutely abstract, where contemplation and aesthetics take center stage. For him, landscape is much more than a subject: it is a space of freedom where color becomes a language. Convinced of the influence of color on the body and mind, he crafts creations imbued with harmony, offering a unique visual and emotional experience.
