Description
"Underwater" Original Surrealistic Artwork - Ethereal Figurative with Gold Fish, 40x30 cm
This profound "Underwater" artwork offers a sophisticated exploration of the human experience within a fantastical realm. Marrying the precision of realism with the freedom of abstract expression, this piece captures a sublime moment of existential joy and the inherent mysticism of aquatic depths. A central female figure, gracefully submerged, becomes a vessel for tranquility and a profound symbolic link to the natural world. Her serene gaze invites contemplation, encouraging viewers to transcend daily anxieties and immerse themselves in a dream-like state. Adorned with delicate bubbles and luminous golden fish, the composition’s palette of lilac, blues, and warm golds creates an evocative visual narrative. "Underwater" is an artwork that injects any contemporary space with a uniquely calming yet powerfully invigorating energy, making it an exceptional acquisition for discerning collectors or as a truly distinctive gift that resonates with emotional depth and artistic integrity. Crafted using oil and acrylic on canvas (40x30 cm), this work speaks to the soul of modern art appreciation.
Presentation
Aisylu is an artist born and raised in a small town in Russia, where she studied the basics of painting and graphics at Bashkir State Pedagogical University (2009-2014). During her time in higher education, she launched her own handmade jewelry online shop, which she ran until 2013. After completing her studies, she worked as an artist-designer for an advertising company while also creating commissioned paintings.
In search of a major life change, Aisylu moved to Greece in 2018 to work as a yacht stewardess. It was during this time at sea that she realized how profoundly the ocean influenced her, inspiring her to return to art and focus on creating oil seascapes. Starting her life from scratch, she learned the Greek language and immersed herself in the local culture.
Currently based in the port city of Piraeus, Greece, Aisylu works as an artist in the luminism–neo-impressionist style. Her art serves as a reminder of the fluidity of life and the importance of not forgetting to enjoy it. Her artworks are in private collections in Italy, Cyprus, Greece, the Netherlands and Russia.
