Description
This captivating work is a brilliant example of modern Cubism, where geometric forms intersect to create a complex and intriguing figure. The central figure, with its angular silhouette, is seamlessly integrated into an abstract environment. It holds a bouquet of stylized flowers, adding a delicate touch to a bold composition. Striking contrasts between vibrant red and earthy tones create a compelling visual tension. Deep blue accentuates the lower elements, drawing the viewer's eye. The distorted yet expressive face intrigues and evokes a multitude of emotions. Sharp, precise black lines delineate the different segments, reinforcing the harmonious structure of the whole. This work invites a meticulous exploration of the details, a visual dialogue between modernity and pictorial tradition.
Presentation
FROM CHAOS TO THE LIVING BEING
When I paint or draw, I start from chaos, I begin to paint spontaneously simple elements, forms, lines, surfaces arranged without preconceived ideas on the canvas. These elements intertwine, associate and give birth to complex forms. I reveal then by drawing on this bottom: figures, members, bodies, objects.
This creates diversified characters, which come from the chaos and inscribe their reality. It is a spontaneous, physical and spiritual act.
