Original painting from our collection
This artwork presents a vibrant still life composition, spotlighting an artfully rendered apple and a scattering of walnuts. The apple, positioned at the top, captures attention with its rich, varied hues of red, yellow, and orange, reflecting a masterful play of light and shadow. Its glossy surface suggests freshness and ripeness, inviting viewers to savor its visual appeal. Below, the walnuts are depicted with remarkable texture, their rough, intricate shells contrasting with the smoothness of the apple. The artist employs dynamic brushstrokes, infusing energy and movement into the scene, while the subtle background tones enhance the focus on the subjects. This painting is a compelling study of contrasting textures and colors, showcasing the artist's adept manipulation of light to evoke the tactile qualities of everyday objects, transforming them into objects of visual delight.

Works in a creative workshop
Vyacheslav Babak is a recognized master of landscape painting. The artist's canvases are filled with lyricism and romantic mood.
His color palette is devoid of excessive expressiveness; in almost every painting, the image of nature is depicted using the quiet “sound" of soft halftones, giving lightness and depth.
