Original painting from our collection
This dynamic artwork captures a vibrant still life, offering a unique interplay of color and texture. A striking bouquet of lavender takes center stage, set against deep, textured blue strokes that suggest depth and movement. The lavender is depicted with expressive brushwork, its vivid purple hues contrasting richly with the surrounding dark background. In stark juxtaposition, the foreground features a lively mustard-yellow surface, supporting both the lavender-filled vase and a cluster of roughly painted walnuts. The tabletop's vivid color adds warmth, grounding the composition and drawing the eye toward the natural elements. This piece boldly blends simplicity with energetic strokes, creating a compelling visual tension that highlights the artist's skill in manipulating light and texture. Perfectly balancing still life representation with abstract expressionism, the artwork invites viewers to appreciate its aesthetic intricacies.

Works in a creative workshop
Vyacheslav Babak is a recognized master of landscape painting. The artist's canvases are filled with lyricism and romantic mood.
His color palette is devoid of excessive expressiveness; in almost every painting, the image of nature is depicted using the quiet “sound" of soft halftones, giving lightness and depth.
