Original painting from our collection
This striking artwork showcases a vibrant still life, centered on a tall glass vase filled with vivid orange lilies and delicate white flowers. The bouquet stands against a bold, contrasting deep blue backdrop, capturing attention with its dynamic color interplay. To the left of the vase, a rustic ceramic jug and an empty cup add depth, anchoring the composition with their muted tones. A plate of ripe, orange-hued fruits rests beside them, echoing the lilies' color and enhancing the warm palette. The use of thick brushstrokes adds texture, infusing the scene with energy and movement, while the subtle play of light and shadow gives dimension and realism. This piece harmonizes color and form, inviting viewers to appreciate the beauty in simplicity and the elegance of everyday objects.

Works in a creative workshop
Vyacheslav Babak is a recognized master of landscape painting. The artist's canvases are filled with lyricism and romantic mood.
His color palette is devoid of excessive expressiveness; in almost every painting, the image of nature is depicted using the quiet “sound" of soft halftones, giving lightness and depth.
