Description
This captivating artwork presents a bold interplay of colors and abstract forms. Dominant shades of blue and yellow blend in vibrant harmony, creating a compelling visual effect. The dynamic use of flowing black lines introduces a sense of intense movement, guiding the eye through the composition. Overlapping layers of color suggest an intriguing depth, inviting the viewer to explore the work's intricate details. The warm background contrasts with the cool hues, enriching the piece with an atmosphere that is both energetic and contemplative. This work is distinguished by its delicate balance between chaos and order, evoking a range of emotions and allowing for multiple interpretations. The subtle integration of geometric forms adds an architectural dimension to the composition, reinforcing its modernity and unique character.
Presentation
“I have been painting continuously since leaving the Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Metz in 1987.
Not being able to consider my work as a painter as being really “abstract" any more than “figurative", the idea of this oxymoron “Inabstrait ©" allowed me to define more precisely, and without Manichaeism, my painting.
“Inabstrait ©" would therefore consist in evolving freely between these two worlds, without being constrained to anything, or rather by admitting all the ways useful to the realization of a painting which would be resolutely a “drift", in the sense of the freedom of pictorial expression; thus erasing, adding, finally deciding what is good to let appear ".
