Description
Pop Art takes over here an iconic symbol of French perfumery. The artist détourns the classic bottle to make it a receptacle of joy. Bright colors saturate the space. Floral patterns and organic shapes intertwine in an organized chaos.
The technique mixes acrylic and collage. The use of plexiglass brings a modern depth. Sequins come to punctuate the composition, capturing the light to energize the gaze.
The contrast is marked between the geometric rigor of the black frame and the chromatic explosion inside. The immaculate white of the central label stabilizes the whole. This creation plays with reliefs to transform an everyday object into a playful work of art.
The work is inscribed in a joyful aesthetic. It recalls the graphic codes of the masters of the Pop movement. The result is a visual celebration where material and color unite. The whole is made with a mix of acrylic, sequins, and plexiglass.

Self-taught artist, Géraldine G., born in 1987, is passionate about pop art.
Inspired by big names such as Andy Warhol, Roy Lichtenstein or Keith Haring, her universe is joyful and colorful.
The artist plays with the reliefs to offer a playful work that amazes the viewer.
Despite his tetraplegia and his almost total absence of strength in his whole body due to a neuromuscular disease called Infantile Spinal Amyotrophy, each work is a battle won against the disease which gives him immense joy and a real feeling of freedom that it transmits. by his art.
