Description
The aesthetic of Pop Art meets the energy of Street art here.
This acrylic painting made in 2023 appropriates the visual codes of the comic book.
The line is sharp. The contours are marked.
The central character, strained in effort, is about to release his arrow with surgical precision.
The deep blue of the background contrasts with the bright yellow of the bow.
A stylized white arrow crosses the composition, bringing immediate graphic dynamism.
The artist plays with references from popular culture and cinema to create a striking image.
The use of discreet drips at the bottom of the image recalls the urban and spontaneous influence of graffiti.
The circular format frames the action and focuses the gaze on the hero's muscular tension.
The whole unfolds on a round support where every anatomical detail is highlighted by sharp plays of light and shadow.

In recent years, he has devoted himself to painting, exploring in particular the theme of the pin-up. His paintings are inspired by pop art and the culture of comics, manga and popular cinema, it is this mixture of several influences with colorful and referential dynamism that inspires him ...
