Description
“Ocean Blue" by Gongas is a contemporary mixed-media artwork that combines digital printing with hand-painted interventions, using paints and various materials to create a unique visual texture.
The portrait of a woman emerges in shades of black, white, and grey, enhanced by the intense blue of her eyes and the vivid red of her lips. Her direct, sensual, and captivating gaze creates an intimate connection with the viewer, transforming the portrait into a powerful emotional encounter.
The loose, textured details of her hair add depth and character to the composition, highlighting the expressive and enigmatic nature of the figure. A striking and distinctive artwork, “Ocean Blue" is an ideal choice for collectors of contemporary art and lovers of iconic, emotionally charged portraits.
