Description
This immersive square canvas reimagines the legendary lost world through a bold blend of theatrical costume and graphic abstraction. Two enigmatic figures stand shoulder to shoulder, their stylized features split into sharp geometric segments of pale ivory, rich terracotta, and deep obsidian. The artist covers the surface in a heavily fractured, craquelure texture, making the faces look like ancient, salt-worn relics recovered from the ocean floor. The canvas relies on structural detail rather than fluid lines, using raised rows of white dots that mimic coral beads and royal jewelry. Genuine gold leaf trims the massive, crown-like headdresses, catching ambient gallery light against a dark, velvet-like background. Sudden splashes of turquoise and vivid orange cut through the earthy base, suggesting the vibrant sea life of a sunken empire.By focusing on heavy relief work and historical mystique, this artwork avoids simple portrait decoration. It functions as a powerful visual anchor, making it a compelling centerpiece for an upscale contemporary exhibition or a sophisticated private hall.
Presentation
My name is Natalia Svitlichna. I was born in 1969 in the Ukrainian homeland of professional artists. Also, from the age of 5, she held a brush on her hands and guts, aloe was enough to be sung, connected with the path of mysticism. In my teenage years, I realized that painting became more fulfilling for me, and it was just a hobby to pass the time. After completing the first semester of the Kharkiv State Art School in 1991, I continued my studies, thoroughly studying my students. Now painting occupies the main part of my life. All my paintings are created by hand on canvas with olive and acrylic paints. The styles and straight lines in which I practice are different. Abstraction, impressionism, modernism, expressionism - this is the axis of action from the direction of my work. So I did a high level exhibition that featured more of my work.
I already love nature, the creatures of that life. This is my passion. Therefore, as flowers decorate our lives, I want my paintings to please you and decorate your life, giving positivity and joy to your donkey!
My paintings are the only triumph of my accumulation of an indescribable and inexhaustible chronicle of life.
