Description
A figurative composition captures a moment of contemplation on the coast. Six silhouettes gather, turned towards the horizon or the ground. Their postures are inclined. A feeling of silent complicity settles in.
The palette favors soft tones. The deep blue of the jackets contrasts with shades of ochre and pale yellow.
The oil work brings a dense texture. The touches are direct. The rendering favors the atmosphere over the precision of the line. The whole exudes an timeless serenity. The scene suggests a common wait or observation.
Presentation
Drawing, painting and sculpture have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. From pencil to watercolour, from silk to acrylic, from oil to clay, each medium has offered me fascinating discoveries and continues to enrich my artistic journey.
Deeply inspired by the seaside and those beaches that stir the imagination, I seek to capture the atmosphere, the light and the gentle nostalgia for the happiness of days gone by, in the hope of sharing a sincere and timeless emotion with everyone.
