Sunset Between Blue Pines | Blue Orange Contemporary Forest Artwork, 2026

Ekaterina Prisich   Best sellers New & remarkable Artists

Warm sunset light glows through a peaceful blue forest. This original acrylic artwork on linen canvas combines the recognizable structure of tall pine trees with a contemporary, semi-abstract treatment of color and pattern. Deep azure and turquoise foliage moves across warm terracotta, burnt orange, ochre, and golden passages, while a pale circular sun becomes the quiet focal point between the trunks.

Repeated vertical marks and simplified branches create rhythm across the surface, allowing the forest to feel both natural and decorative. The contrast between cool blues and warm sunset tones gives the composition its distinctive energy: serene from a distance, but full of small color relationships when viewed more closely.

Its generous scale makes the artwork particularly effective as a focal point in a modern living room, bedroom, dining area, office, hotel, or nature-inspired interior. It is also an original gift for someone who loves forests, sunsets, hiking, contemporary landscapes, or the calming atmosphere of an evening outdoors. The palette brings together warmth and freshness in equal measure, which is considerably easier here than it usually is in real life.
