Description
A bold composition where the line breaks free from conventions. Two faces confront each other in an immediate visual dialogue. The Art brut style imposes its mark with thick black outlines and geometric shapes. The gazes, off-kilter and fixed, capture a singular tension.
The color palette plays with stark contrasts. A sun yellow background welcomes touches of blue, red, and pink. The superposition of materials enriches the surface. The artist mixes acrylic and spray paint to create saturated flat areas.
Chalk and pencil add a graphic and raw dimension. Precise details, made with Posca marker, come to highlight the patterns and expressions. Star shapes punctuate the scene, bringing a dynamic rhythm to the whole.
This piece created in 2025 explores human representation with total freedom. The final rendering favors the instinct and energy of the gesture. The image concludes with signs and numbers inscribed at the bottom of the composition.
