Description
diluted acrylic on water like watercolor
The horizon merges with the material. The gaze slips over an abstract landscape where land and water intertwine. The artist explores here the density of textures. The acrylic becomes relief. Fine layers of pigments accumulate to suggest the foam of a shore.
The visual rhythm alternates between smooth areas and tactile impasto. Sand and ocher tones anchor the composition. They contrast with touches of glacier blue and turquoise. The composition evokes a suspended atmosphere. The sky, treated in subtle gradients, brings a sense of lightness.
The approach is instinctive. The structure arises from the meeting between the materials and the gesture. The canvas does not tell a precise story. It invites personal interpretation. The final rendering plays on the duality between the stability of the ground and the fluid movement of the wave. This painting from 2026 is distinguished by its chromatic balance and its worked surface.
Presentation
Since childhood a passion for drawing and painting, a somewhat dreamy child, it was my way of expressing myself. Abstract is my art, I explore materials, mix structures, often not knowing where the canvas will take me. Minerals, earth, nature, everything is a source of inspiration. I do not seek to tell a story, rather to suggest, to make people feel. Leaving each person their own interpretation. I also create custom pieces. For that, I only need a guiding thread.
