Description
Painting made with Posca (Uni / style of acrylic paint), on cotton canvas stretched on wooden frame. Protection : painted with semi-gloss aerosol spray. (Hand-made frame and wooden stick painted with spray can) Neat packaging.
"Coucher" is a work that captures the majestic silhouette of a tree against a fiery red background, created with the meticulous technique of pointillism in acrylic marker. The striking contrast between the black silhouette of the tree and the glowing background creates an image that is both powerful and hypnotic.
The bright red background symbolizes the warmth and energy of twilight, that time of day when the sun sets, enveloping the world in a passionate, dramatic light. Each precisely applied dot contributes to the rich, complex texture of the canvas, making the scene almost tangible.
The tree, with its bare, intertwined branches, evokes feelings of resilience and solitude. It stands proudly at the center of the work, representing quiet strength in the face of the elements. The image can also be interpreted as a symbol of nature in balance with the destructive and creative forces of the world.
Presentation
Jonathan Pradillon, born in 1993 in France, is a painter whose work is distinguished by the audacity of his colors and his attraction to abstraction. His works, colorful and energetic, play with contrasts and capture the eye, inviting an immersion in his artistic universe.
After four years of studying computer graphics and crafts, he chose to move away from digital technology to devote himself fully to manual creation, exploring painting as his main means of expression.
Since childhood, he has been fascinated by colors , shapes and materials, which naturally leads him to diversify his practices. In addition to painting, he creates sculptures combining woodworking and metal assembly with arc welding, thus creating unique pieces that combine strength and delicacy.
A full-time artist since 2012 and officially declared in 2015, he continues his path with passion, constantly exploring new ways to bring his ideas to life.
