Description
With Keep Going, Raphaelle Emery establishes a strong visual signature, at the crossroads of contemporary street art and gallery art.
The work is constructed on an authentic vintage advertisement, whose textual fragments surface beneath the composition, lending narrative depth and creating a tension between printed memory and artistic intervention. On this richly textured surface, the artist places an iconic, frontal, almost totemic female figure.
The look, intensified by graphic bursts, immediately captures attention. The touches of neon pink—raw, almost instinctive—contrast with the uniform's rigidity. The “Keep Going" badge subverts the codes of authority, transforming them into a personal manifesto, a blend of resistance and self-affirmation.

Presentation
For Raphaelle Emery, artistic creation has been a companion since childhood. More than just a form of expression, her art offers a connection that invites viewers into her universe, revealing all the feminine beauty she portrays. “I have always drawn. I paint compulsively, ever since I was very young. The imaginary worlds I paint are limitless.” Often depicting heroines, "her muses" are represented as sparks of light, vivid colors, and superpowers. The ordinary feminine fades away to make room for a unique, eternal portrayal, with a manga-inspired style, a beautiful imprint from her childhood.
During her studies in fashion design, she began sketching these wide-eyed women. After several years in the fashion industry, she now paints these female avatars as mediums to convey emotions, convictions, and messages. Coming from a family of architects, she naturally embraces urban space, using it to showcase her muses and their vibrant, saturated colors, thereby spreading her messages. She works on walls, canvases, skateboards, and any objects that allow creativity to flourish.
