Description
Hollerner See, Germany, 2020. A single pine, leaning against the vertical logic of the forest, rendered in coral, the colour of quiet defiance.
Shot in infrared, the trees burn pink against a sky of impossible blue. What the eye sees as familiar becomes something else entirely. The forest holds its breath. The lone pine leans, as it has always leaned, indifferent to symmetry.
Unique print, edition 1/1. Hand-printed on Hahnemühle FineArt Pearl 285 g/m², 100% alpha-cellulose, acid-free. 2 cm white border. Signed, numbered and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.

My work emerges from the intersection of minimalism, architecture and InfraRealism, a visual approach that uses infrared photography to reveal what the human eye cannot see: the hidden energy of spaces, the emotional geometry of architecture, the reality that exists beneath the surface of things.
