Description
During the trucks GP a few years ago on the Paul Ricard circuit, at the bend of an exhibition aisle, the unexpected and humorous encounter with one of these magnificent “tractors” and a stuffed rabbit. To create this image, nothing was modified, only the camera angle brings all the dynamics to this composition. In the end, a work of reporting that is striking in its audacity.
Presentation
As a long time independent professional photographer in the industrial and advertising field, he finally takes the time for his personal research focused on color and matter, and the resulting atmosphere is always guided by the rigor of the composition, and often close to painting.
His perception of the final image must be for him a link between the subject and the experience of each one, that is to say a link of common places of the collective memory and their visual interpretation.
As many of his images offer several readings to the eye, we can say that he applies himself to show facets of elements that we are used to looking at in their entirety.
In conclusion, Christian Lefèvre considers that each of his current works is the story of a little story playing its own music, and where everyone will be able to escape according to his mood.
