Solarizations
All the works in this series are worked using the same technique.
After shooting and selection, during post-production, with a practice approaching classic solarization (i.e. the modification of the basic colors by a short exposure to the bright light of the negative), the images obtained all have a striking character. and surreal, which reinforces the visual attraction of each of them.
The great photographer Man Ray was recognized as a master of “Black and White” by applying this process.

This is not a flower but a close-up of an orchid, and the almost symmetry of the petals structures this image full of vibrations. One can imagine the sap running through their meanders, irrigating them in a beneficial way.
