Originally from Yonne where I lived until my baccalaureate, it was at the Ecole Supérieure des Beaux-Arts in Angers that I continued my studies, graduating in 1991. I have been a photographer for 28 years at the Communications Department of INRAE (National Research Institute for Agriculture, Food and the Environment).

I regularly publish my images of scientific reports and illustrations in the daily press (Le Journal Du Dimanche, Le Figaro, Le Monde, Le daily des médecins), magazines (Science & Vie, La Recherche, Biofutur) as well as in specialized scientific journals (Nature Biotechnology, Trends in Genetics).

Without predilection for a particular genre, I like to alternate techniques in my personal photographic work. Very influenced by my training in visual arts (notably with the painter Jean-Pierre PINCEMIN), the support of my images (expired films, transfers of snapshots, etc.) is often the starting point of my approach.
