The Blue BRM N°5 / 1, 2024

Eric Deper

This vibrant and dazzling work of art offers an explosion of colors and shapes that immediately captivate the observer.

Dominated by a luminous palette of yellows, reds, blues and greens, this composition seems to emanate an almost tangible energy.

The abstract elements, reminiscent in turn of seashells, luminescent spheres and strips of multicoloured fabric, blend harmoniously to create a dynamic and coherent whole. The shells, richly textured and coloured, evoke a marine sensibility and add an organic dimension to the work.

The translucent spheres, suspended in space, capture and diffuse light, bringing an impressive depth and three-dimensionality to the piece. The strips of fabric, fluid and moving, give a sense of movement and flow, suggesting continuity and interaction between the different elements of the work.

The gray background emphasizes the vividness of the colors and creates a striking contrast that accentuates every detail with precision. The bold use of light and shadow brings the composition to life, making it almost animated.

Each element seems to float freely, inviting endless visual exploration and revealing new perspectives with every glance.

This work is undeniably a masterpiece of mastered abstraction, which manages to harmoniously combine chaos and order, movement and stability, diversity and unity. It challenges, it intrigues, it fascinates.
