Description
Geometric abstraction is expressed here with mathematical rigor. The dark, deep background welcomes a constellation of white signs. Fine lines and small dots organize themselves in a suspended space. This 1978 lithograph explores the close link between graphic design and rhythm.
The gaze circulates among these fragmented lines. They evoke an invisible score or a celestial map. The economy of means serves absolute precision. Each mark seems to answer to a precise structural logic.
The artist transposes their architectural sensibility into pure minimalism. The radical contrast between black and white accentuates the visual tension. This composition plays on silence and repetition.
The printing technique allows for perfect sharpness of the lines. The whole exudes an analytical serenity. The work focuses on the balance of masses and the management of empty space. The work is presented in the form of a lithograph on paper.

Palazuelo describe art as a way to solve human being problems. He has made plenty of individual and collective exhibitions, nationally and internationally. His artwork is now distributed around several museums, collections and art galleries.
