Description
A surge of graphite lines defines this visceral composition. The artist explores a surreal landscape of organic forms. Sweeping curves collide with sharp angles. A piercing eye anchors the scene. It gazes outward from a storm of fluid shapes. The drawing suggests a metamorphosis. Flesh and spirit merge in a chaotic dance. Deep shadows create a sense of subterranean depth. Light emerges from the white of the paper. The precision of the strokes reveals a disciplined hand. Each mark contributes to a feeling of psychological tension. Flowing ribbons of ink wrap around the central focal point. The imagery evokes the complexity of a dream. It bridges the gap between the conscious and the subconscious. The composition avoids a static center. It pushes the viewer's eye across the surface in a rhythmic motion. Fine hatching adds texture to the shifting planes. The artwork captures a moment of intense raw energy. It remains an enigmatic study of vision and distortion. The graphite varies from soft greys to deep blacks.

Maribelle Saad is a Lebanese experimental artist with a BA in plastic Arts. Her work revolves around themes like mental health, psychic research, as well as a delve into the inner world.
Her favorite mediums to work with are ink and diluted acrylics on various types of linen and paper.
