Description
Classical theme of a Greek art inspires me. I am a big fan of a Greek mythology, so I depict it often. This sculpture shows beautiful woman in wet fabrics that emphasize body curves. She is like Venus, who came out form the water - divine and restrained, calm and very confident. The silhouette is the dispatch of Greek caryatid. The example of nude art without nudity itself
Presentation
I dedicate all my life to a classical medias as bronze, stone and wood. I am an old school artist with realism basement and this is my strong skill. I am a poet of female beauty and reflect it in my art. Mythology, classical art and Ballet inspires me. I started my art in a soviet realism manner, witch was only allowed in USSR that time. Later I was experimenting with my style. Today my sculptures are mostly abstract or semi figurative. I work with bronze. wood, marble and mixed medias.
