Description
Sculpture inspired by the quote of Oscar Wilde, "If you can not enjoy reading a book repeatedly, it is useless to read it even once," invites us to reflect on the true essence of reading and the value we give to books in our lives. Wilde suggests that reading is not just an act of acquiring information, but an emotional and aesthetic experience to be enjoyed and appreciated. Also consider what it really means to read. Instead of simply leafing through the pages of a book, we should look for works that inspire and accompany us, that invite us to return to them again and again.
Presentation
The central themes of his pieces revolve around reading. José Manuel, through his figures of geometric lines in unrepeatable scenarios, seeks to transmit various emotions with the reader. His creative compositions are mainly based on wood.
