Description
This sculpture merges raw nature with refined artistry. A polished slab of deep obsidian glass forms the central body. Its surface reflects light with a mirror-like precision. Smooth curves contrast with jagged edges. This tension evokes the fluid movement of marine life.
The artist integrates metallic elements and earthy stone. Oxidized bronze accents suggest the weathering effects of saltwater. A rugged mineral base grounds the piece. It provides a tactile stability to the ethereal upper form.
The composition balances fragility and strength. It transforms organic inspiration into a timeless object. This artwork showcases the sculptor's mastery of mixed media. The dialogue between the translucent glass and the opaque rock creates a profound sense of geological history. Every angle reveals a new interplay of shadow and shine.
