Biography
Peter Brooke-Ball is a British artist, born in 1952. He studied in three different art universities.
He explored techniques like engraving and molding in order to create sensual and elegant sculptures in stone, wood and bronze. Encouraging the public to touch them, his works are tied up in an impossible manner, bundling up hard to handle materials, putting them at the mercy of a ten-fold rope, up to such a point that marking the stone or metal is physically impossible in the real world.
His work has been exhibited during personal and collective exhibitions in Spain, Holland and mainly U.K. In 2007, he was elected as associate in the Royal British Society of Sculptors (ARBS).
