Philip Richard invites you to a photographic journey to rediscover the visual and mental impressions felt in front of our Mother Earth wonders.

Born in a small city of the south-east of France bathed in the sunlight of Provence; he lives today in Aix en Provence. As a teenager he had two passions: the Universe and Colors, which he later satisfied through his professional endeavours; first a scientific career aimed at understanding the secrets of lightning and thunderstorms which brought him in some of the most stormy countries around the world; the second most recently as a nature photographer bringing together his two sensitivities for Science and Art through his hyper-realistic high definition large format approach. An aim to better express the breadth, strength, beauty, magic of the universe around us.
