The Abstract - Search and search again... Put water, ink, inks, matter, test, retest, tilt, blow, send, let dry. Wait. Let it happen, watch, start again... Contemplate the metamorphosis, the path of fluids. This is the search for the Abstract. Each time, it was a real battle with my canvas, but I had so much fun!!!

When we look at the earth from the sky, the images sometimes go beyond our understanding. But we only have to look around us and we see many similarities… One day, returning to the beach after a swim, I was amazed to see the traces of the water that had flowed away during the low tide on the wet sand. Magnificent pictures were offered to my gaze.

Mother Nature reveals to us landscapes so grandiose that we would never have dared to imagine even in our wildest dreams. No artist could match HER perfection. My quest today is to try to recreate conditions so that Mother Nature can work.
