Biography

Annette Kennedy is an Australian Aboriginal artist of the Wiradjuri people, born in 1950. She is a member of the Boomalli Historic Aboriginal Artists Cooperative in Sydney. Her totem is the Goanna, which has spiritual significance, a sacred symbol that represents her clan within the larger Aboriginal nation of which her clan is a part. Her preferred mediums are acrylic, watercolor, and ink.
