Valentine Nakamarra White

Valentine Nakamarra White comes from Yuendumu Community, approximately 3 hours from Alice Springs in Central Australia. 

Valentine works closely with the Warlukurlangu Art Centre based in Yuendumu. 

Valentine's artworks depict her Dreaming - Desert Fringe-Rush Seed or in Warlpiri Lukarrara Jukurrpa. Her artworks are usually filled with bright colours with the use of traditional iconography to depict the story she is telling.
