Biography
Marcel Jungvirt, born 25.06.2001, is one of the youngest artists representing the underground abstract art scene in Prague (Czech Republic) and in western Europe. Born to an artistic family (Marcel's father is an artist as well), he felt from his childhood a strong connection to fine and modern arts. Marcel Jungvirt's paintings are regularly showcased at art exhibitions in Prague, and he is currently counted as one of the most interesting engineering artists in the capital. His art is always uncompromised, with a heavy body bright and light color palette, and one of a kind composition, which is often interrupted by an artistic detail, which gives the artwork a different dimension. From the beginning of 2020, Marcel Jungvirt is exclusively represented at the Katie Feygie Art Gallery in Prague.
