Biography
Lulled since childhood by the Mediterranean and its sun-drenched shores, iorgos, steeped in mythology, paints, bordering on sculpture, images of sand, sea and forgotten signs, telling a story that secretly speaks to our distant memories.
It is from sand, whitewashed walls, salty foam and bewitching light that emerge these tenuous traces of the story of the eternal Mare Nostrum. The canvases of iorgos, fragile skiffs of sand and colour, invite us on an intimate and soothing voyage.
