Biography
Born into a family of artists, I've been sculpting in stone and marble since 1989, and began expressing myself through oil painting with a knife in 2010.
This technique allows me to work with matter and colour.
My travels and encounters are a source of inspiration... My knife-worked paintings, somewhere between abstract and figurative, offer colourful landscapes and characters.
The small 20cm x 20cm formats, which I call: 'Someone, somewhere...' take me towards horizons that are often maritime, which become places of encounters, sharing or contemplation...
