Biography
Lior Gal is a French photographer and visual artist, born in 1976.
Lior Gal initially began with photography but for some series, he has been adding a new pictorial dimension through collage. Lior Gal works on his photos, to provide fantasy to his realistic work.
In his almost extraterrestrial photography, Lior Gal portrays a confrontation of two worlds which seem to oppose one another. The black and white processing brings along surprising depth in this already impressive series, mixing science and poetry.
Lior Gal's work has been displayed during several group and solo exhibitions, in various Parisian galleries from Paris to Tel Aviv. He was also assistant to the famous artist: Anselm Kiefer for 3 years.
