Biography
Born in 1959, Pascale-Sophie KAPARIS, draftsman, engraver, lithographer, creator of videos, lives and works in Paris. She got the degree in architecture in Paris in 1985 and devoted herself to art since 1997. The body, the organic matrix, exploration, and transformations are the object of her reflection.
The series SEISM Scores Part I to IV, 2015, was presented at the GEMAK (The Hague) at the exhibition (BLUE PRINT - SEISM) shared with Justin BENETT (sound artist), accompanied by a musical performance with Marie GUILLERAY (vocals) and Semay WU (cellist).
Pascale Sophia Kaparis was the subject of an article and the cover of No. 249 of the Nouvelles de l'estampe.
