Biography
Born in 1978, Nevres Akin, is a Turkish painter. He graduated from the University of Anadolu with a degree in Fine Arts in 2001. After finishing his studies, he started teaching painting.
His work is a mixture of realism and figuration, it camouflages a real scene, a landscape with an accumulation of features. Colorful traces, squiggles or graceful erasures, are superimposed on a canvas, covered with a certain mystery.The trouble causes curiosity. He emanates an infallible charm from this process. His pieces have an exacerbated sensibility and a intiguing grace.
He did his first two solo exhibitions in 2001. His exhibitions became international in 2012. He has practicipated at the Art Expo in Miami, United States, at the National Salon of Fine Arts of the Carrousel du Louvre and in numerous Parisian galleries
