Unique piece from the Ebony collection.
This piece, with its natural tones, is the result of a collaboration between art and craftsmanship. The design was conceived by Laura Dujoncquoy and was entirely handcrafted and painted in France.
The vase's curved silhouette is adorned with bold, contrasting black patterns against a natural-toned background. These precisely crafted motifs form sinuous, geometric arabesques that infuse the overall effect with an intriguing visual dynamic. The simplicity of the monochrome palette highlights the craftsmanship and meticulous detailing.
Presentation
Laura works mainly with acrylic paint, which she naturally combines with other types of materials to bring materials and nuances: pastels, embroidery, paper collage, wood, ceramics and textiles.
His approach is above all spontaneous, the links between curves and abstract forms reflect an obvious musicality.
Sensitive to architecture, design and passionate about music, Laura approaches her creative process like a musical sequence: the brushstrokes are rhythmic and precise, and the shapes follow a certain improvised choreography.
The vivid palette remains heavily influenced by her mood and inspirations of the moment. Very colorful and rhythmic, Laura's abstract symphonies express optimism and harmony.
